Jake Ice is a licensed property and casualty and life and health agent. He also holds Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses and is a registered representative of Farmers Financial Solutions, a broker dealer. Jake has been in the insurance industry for 22 years and has spent the vast majority of his career in operational roles, working for large insurance companies and their subsidiaries.

While proficient in all matters insurance, Jake is most notably the local flood insurance expert, having spent 12 years with National Information Group and its flood mapping, insurance tracking and audit divisions, Pinnacle Data Corporation and Fastrac Systems, Inc.

After a short stint in the dotbomb space, Jake started the Ice Insurance Agency in November of 2004. He serves as its Agency Principal shares a passion for doing the right things for the agency's clients.

Jake is an instructor for new agents in Farmers District 25, is an avid golfer and motorcyle enthusiast and a 1st degree black belt in Songahm Taekwondo.
Valerie has the most challenging job in the agency and is responsible for keeping the agency and its staff on task and on track. Ironically, her title belies her responsibility, which is to keep the agency from from becoming a zoo! Her passion for organization, prioritization and customer focus is just what the veterinarian ordered!
Amber is the newest addition to the agency and is currently studying for her property and casualty license. Amber comes to us with substantial customer service experience and is a tremendous asset to the agency. Amber current role is Customer Service and Agency Contact Representative for personal and commercial lines.
