Michelle joined the agency in 2012 as a CSR and is now a full-fledged Agent & Broker. For the past 3 years Michelle has worked primarily with our personal lines and flood clients, though she has also been handling more commercial business lately. In 2016, Michelle will transition to a full-time producer and join Mike in that role. Michelle has a tremendous number of contacts who regularly seek her out for insurance, making the producer role a great fit for her.
Mike joined the agency in 2014 as a producer for the agency and has focused primarily on commercial clients. Mike was previously an agency owner himself as well as a producer for another agency until coming to work for us. Mike is one of the coolest and calmest people we know, having spent time in the U.S. Army diffusing bombs for a living (and has a bunch of chest candy to show for it). Nothing rattles this guy. Mike decided to get into insurance because he wanted the same thrills he enjoyed in the military!
Valerie has the most challenging job in the agency and is responsible for keeping the agency and its staff on task and on track. Ironically, her title belies her responsibility, which is to keep the agency from from becoming a zoo! Her passion for organization, prioritization and customer focus is just what the veterinarian ordered!
