Amber joined the agency in 2011 and came to us with a substantial customer service background and maintains both P&C and Life & Health licenses. As Agency Manager she wears many hats, from administration of the agency’s support systems, monitoring policy renewals and carrier appointments to writing and servicing personal and commercial lines business for the agency. Her focus on customer service and the agency’s foundational values are instrumental to maintaining the company’s overall core objective of doing the right thing for our clients. Amber has two children who keep her very busy in her off time.
